水工建筑物中 C 4AF 对高抗硫水泥抗侵蚀性能的影响

Abstract

在水工建筑物中,硫酸盐侵蚀是混凝土材料与结构受环境因素作用而发生损伤破坏的重要形式[1],是影响因素最复杂,危害性最大的一种环境水侵蚀。而硫酸盐侵蚀的影响因素众多,其中水泥的矿物组分尤为重要,近年来,大多数研究都只停留在C3S、C2S和C3A对于水泥抗硫酸盐侵蚀的影响,研究C4AF的较少。本文比较两种高抗硫水泥所制作的胶砂试件,其C4AF的含量不同,研究发现C4AF含量对高抗硫水泥混凝土的抗侵蚀能力有一定影响,在硫酸根离子浓度为2500mg/L的侵蚀溶液中,降低其含量,可增强其抗侵蚀能力;但是,当硫酸根离子浓度为8000mg/L时,即使再降低其含量,高抗硫水泥混凝土也难以保证长期抵抗硫酸盐侵蚀的能力。
